The Komar family was growing and they decided it was time to find a new home with additional space. Preferably a five bedroom, four bathroom family home in a favorable school district. They were ultimately looking for a place where they and their three boys would feel comfortable. What Was Most Memorable About Your Sale?

During the sale of their previous home, JD and Shayna didn't think their house would appraise for as much as the buyers offered. Connie worked her magic; did some hard research, put together a beautiful packet for the appraiser and thankfully, it worked.

What Was Most Memorable About Your Purchase?

JD and Shayna brought their three boys with them to look at one of the houses. The boys were acting a bit wild like three young boys tend to do...They were running around the home and making tons of noise. Shayna attempted to send her boys to wait in the car but Connie said "Hey, let them be loud, run around, see how the house feels. If this is the home for you, you want it to feel right for them too."

Guess what? That is the house the Komar's chose and the boys loved it too. Connie made them feel so comfortable during the entire process.

How Were The Carlson's Different?

Shayna loved that Connie provided the stager, videographer, and photographer for their home when selling. All the vendors were easy to work with. Their family loved the walkthrough video of their home and believed the photos were top notch.
