Our 13 Step Home Buying Process:

Beginning your home search can be an overwhelming and daunting task. Because of that, our team makes sure that you, and all other potential buyers, understand each of the 13 steps that we take to make the process as easy and painless as possible. By the end of your search, with our support and guidance, you will live happily ever after in your new, dream home.

Meet with Connie, Dan, Cassidy or Matt for the initial consultation.
Select a mortgage lender, review your financing options and obtain a pre-qualification letter.
Identify homes that meet your search criteria and have us schedule showings.
Find "The One".
Work with us to write and submit a strong competitive offer.
Work with us to negotiate your offer and potentially prepare a counteroffer.
Once your offer has been accepted, initiate the formal loan process with your mortgage lender and wire the earnest money.
Conduct all inspections and any additional research during the Due Diligence period.
Work with use to request any needed repairs.
Work with your mortgage lender to complete the loan application process and order the appraisal.

Finalize utility transfers, order homeowners insurance, process change of address request and coordinate moving details.
Closing Day! As a team, we will work with everyone involved to ensure your closing day runs smoothly.
