Having been a real estate agent for 17 years, this election marks the 5th time I have witnessed how a presidential election impacts home sales in the Cobb County area. I recently came across an article in Forbes Magazine that presented the findings from research looking back over 13 presidential elections and their impact on our nation's housing market.
