As the weekend approaches, we know you're looking for a place to unwind after a long week. We've created a one-stop-shop to showcase Marietta Square's notorious hangs. The Square is home to some of the best restaurants and bars around. Here's all you need to know when it comes to Marietta Square bar scene.

Johnny MacCracken's Celtic Firehouse Pub

This fire station turned Irish Pub has over 70 rotating taps on draft and around 250 bottled brews. Don't leave without trying their famous Corned Beef and Cabbage or Bobby Flay Grilled Cheese.  Closing at 3 AM every night of the week excluding Sundays, this dive is the place to go for late nights. Live music, samplings, pub grub, & host events...what more could you ask for?

"It was here before you were born"

Two Birds Taphouse

Family owned and operated, offering 32 taps of craft beer, signature cocktails, boutique wine, and chef-inspired eats. Providing live music, Trivia Tuesdays, private events, and reservations, this modern spot is perfect for a wide variety of people. Locals claim that Two Birds reminds them of the modern-day 'Cheers'. When visiting this gastropub, you have to try the infamous Honey I Drunk The Kids cocktail and the new recipe creation of deviled eggs.

Hemingway's Bar & Grill On The Square

Located in the heart of Marietta, Hemingway's offers patio seating that's dog-friendly, a full bar, large tables for groups, and booths. Come in on Monday's when they have a $2.99 draft beer specials and Friday's and Saturday's for live music. This Key West atmosphere is the perfect place to unwind with one of their many draft beers and yummy Black & Blue Burger.

Glover Park Brewery

Looking at the building you would never know that it used to be a 1930's era Sears building turned into a local brewery. The founders wanted to make this a place where people could come after dinner or shopping to enjoy one of their many locally crafted brews. Whether you want to hang in the dog-friendly beer garden, the terrace level Taproom, or book a private event upstairs, this brewery has something for everyone. We know with beer comes an appetite... Glover Park Brewery always has food available to satisfy those cravings, either food trucks or food from a nearby restaurant. Our favorite brew right now is "Here Comes The Sun" - very refreshing and perfect for summer.

Shillings On The Square

Shillings On The Square offers the best of both worlds. Downstairs is a relaxing restaurant and pub with an outdoor patio and full bar, while upstairs is more of an fine dining experience with candlelit tables and piano music. The Top of the Square is available to book private events, so make sure it isn't booked the night you plan on attending. We recommend the french dip, pastry-wrapped brie, lamb lollipops, and dill-crusted salmon. And don't forget to try the mimosas on Sunday morning!
