Connie Carlson has been a top REALTOR® in Cobb County since 2004, consistently exceeding expectations and embracing every challenge with enthusiasm. Growing up on a large dairy farm, Connie learned the value of hard work and teamwork early on. From milking cows before dawn to driving a tractor after school, she developed a “no excuses” mentality and a commitment to delivering her best in everything she does.

Her impressive career began as a commercial real estate consultant with Arthur Andersen, where she traveled across the U.S., assessing major developments and finding innovative ways to save clients money. This experience honed her ability to tackle complex real estate projects with precision and creativity.

Transitioning to residential real estate, Connie quickly rose to become one of Atlanta’s top agents. Her success earned her multiple awards, including #2 and #3 Team in Cobb County in 2015 and 2016. As Team Leader at Keller Williams, she built the fastest-growing commercial real estate division in the KW franchise and coached over 30 agents across North America.

In 2016, Connie launched Live Love Atlanta, a boutique brokerage in Marietta that rapidly grew to over 30 agents. Her leadership drew attention, leading to a partnership with Ansley Real Estate, where she co-founded the Marietta office with her husband, Dan.

In 2021, Connie, Dan, their daughter Cassidy, and son-in-law Matt Orange formed the Carlson Orange Team, an all-family team dedicated to providing exceptional service by supporting each other every step of the way. In 2022, they joined Real Brokerage, a forward-thinking, technology-driven company that combines a people-first approach with cutting-edge innovations, revolutionizing the real estate industry and enhancing the client experience.

Connie’s passion extends beyond real estate transactions—she’s deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, from clients to fellow agents. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband and family and enjoys the sense of community they’ve found in downtown Marietta.
