Connie's Resume & Experience

Connie Carlson has consistently been one of the top REALTORS in Cobb County since she began selling residential real estate in 2004. Whether it's a fun challenge or a serious hurdle, Connie takes charge and goes beyond expectations no matter what.

Connie attributes her "any lengths"attitude to a work ethic modeled by her parents. Connie grew up on a large dairy farm and was expected to milk cows before dawn and bale hay after school.  The farm was a family business and she learned about teamwork by pitching in with the family garden, helping her mom can vegetables and driving the tractor while baling hay. It was a no-excuses world and Connie found out how great it felt inside when she brought her own brand of "wow" to every chore that she did.

Connie's desire to impress others by exceeding expectations brought her great success as an adult. She became a commercial real estate consultant for Arthur Andersen, traveling from coast to coast assessing everything from railroad properties to large-scale residential, retail, and office developments. During that time, she won praise from management for developing business solutions that saved money and increased efficiency for both the clients and the company.

When Connie ventured into residential real estate sales it didn't take long for her commitment to exceptional client service to propel her as one of the top residential real estate agents in Atlanta.  She consistently has won production awards at the Cobb Board of Realtors including the #2 and #3 Team in Cobb County in 2015 and 2016, respectively. She served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter office for two years where she was acknowledged in 2009 as building the fastest growing commercial real estate division in the KW franchise. While running a successful team at KW, Connie also worked as a MAPS coach for KW. Coaching over 30 agents in Canada and the US.

Considering her professional track record and giving spirit, Connie decided to open a "boutique" real estate brokerage that is located on the historic Marietta Square. Live Love Atlanta opened in 2016 with four agents and has grown to 30+ agents in just two years.  Live Love Atlanta is a brokerage with an "uncommonly connected" group of agents. It's a place that understands the financial investment of starting and growing a real estate business and, therefore, chooses to offer a compensation plan that helps agents keep more of the money they earn. A place that believes that treating people right is the best way to offer a better chance at thriving in their careers.
