Real vs Personal Property Fixtures
In today's Coffee with Connie video, Connie will be digging deeper on explaining the differences between real and personal property fixtures. It's really important that both buyer and seller know what is going to be sold with the property. Everyone knows the basics... real estate includes the walls, ceiling, roof. Then there is personal property that the seller obviously will take with them; coffee cups, chairs, lamps, etc. Where confusion happens is when personal property is attached to the property and then it becomes a fixture. In this video, Connie helps clarify the difference between the two.
